Easter Egg Hunt on Post

Instead of doing an Easter egg hunt for Nate in the front yard, we decided to take him to the public Easter egg hunt on post. What a whirlwind! We had to wake him up early from his nap to get there on time (never a good idea). I figured it would be a little busy, but I had no idea so many people would be there. As we were walking in, I overheard a couple of cops saying that around two thousand people had shown up for the activities. The organizers had the polo field divided into sections for specific ages. Nate hunted with children from age 3-5. Parents were asked to stay behind and let their children hunt alone. This did not set well with me, but we decided to give it a try. Needless to say, the majority of parents went along with their kids and we were not able to safely keep an eye on where Nate was. So, we too went hunting.

It's like the game, Where's Waldo!

The field had eggs and candy, can you guess which one my son went for?

That's right, the candy!
