After finishing our kitchen creations, it was time to head over to our friends house for a lunch play date. Laura, Jack and Ethan were great hosts and we had a fabulous time! Have you ever seen the granola bar commercials where kids say inappropriate things? Nate had a granola bar moment! For the last couple of weeks when Nate is done eating he says he doesn’t like the food. Usually not a problem when we are at home alone. Sean and I know this is code for I am full. Well, halfway through his meal with Jack, Nate stated quite loudly “Mom, this food is nasty”! I was mortified!!!!! Laura is such a trooper for putting up with us! FYI, the food was delicious. I ate the rest of Nate’s lunch.
