Yesterday was Lawton's Armed Forces Parade. We LOVE this parade and look forward to it every year. This year it was a very wet and cold parade!
More than 2800 soldiers participated in the parade! It was amazing too see.
Nate did an awesome job clapping and waving to everyone!
The loot was by far his favorite part of the parade!
Only in Oklahoma do they hand out Miller Lite bead necklaces to children! Apparently they like to promote drinking early.
A few of the participants were loud and I completely forgot our earplugs. Dad's hands made a handy substitution!
